Start the New Year Off Prioritizing Your Own Self Care With a Morning Mindfulness Class

Mindfulness supports physical, emotional, and mental well being through being fully present with the ever changing present moment experience. By observing our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations with a spirit of openness and non-judgement we begin to regulate our central nervous system and begin to find peace within the body. A regular mindfulness practice can reduce anxiety, stress, and depression while increasing concentration, focus, memory, and emotional regulation. We will practice together every Monday morning throughout January. We will explore the foundations of mindfulness and develop self compassion techniques.

This class is held online and will be limited in size to create a safe and welcoming container for all participants. This class is for beginners and meditators of all levels. Mindfulness does not ask you to believe in anything. This space is open to all individuals regardless of their backgrounds, religions, race, gender, or other identities. I invite you to approach mindfulness with a spirit of openness and acceptance, starting with accepting your own experience with acceptance and compassion.
