Explore staying anchored in the present moment as we learn to allow the wide range of emotions that are part of the everyday human experience. This course is for beginners and meditators of all levels. Each class will have a guided meditation as well as instruction on developing a daily practice for your individual needs. While gaining tools to learn to be embodied through the ever changing landscape of emotions, like fear, anxiety, and unworthiness that often arise on a daily basis.
