Start the New Year Off Prioritizing Your Own Self Care With a Morning Mindfulness Class

Mindfulness supports physical, emotional, and mental well being through fully being with the ever changing present moment experience. By observing our thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations with a spirit of openness and non-judgement we begin to regulate our central nervous system and begin to fully come into the body.

This 4-Week course will be held on ONLINE on Mondays, January 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th, from 8:00AM to 9:00AM EST.

6 Week Mindfulness Course - Being with Big Emotions

 Explore staying anchored in the present moment as we learn to allow the wide range of emotions that are part of the everyday human experience. This course is for beginners and meditators of all levels. Each class will have a guided meditation as well as instruction on developing a daily practice for your individual needs. While gaining tools to learn to be embodied through the ever changing landscape of emotions, like fear, anxiety, and unworthiness that often arise on a daily basis.

Classes begin Tuesday, January 13th from 7:00-8:30 PM EST.
